Q. I am currently a contractor at a large mining company and
want to get varied experience within the industry to increase my skill
set - what can MPRS offer me? A. MPR service a large client
base throughout Australia and soon New Zealand. We provide a niche
skill set of professionals to the industry and concentrate on looking
after those clients and our personnel to the best of our ability.
As our personnel increase their skill set by either hands on work or
extra study, we can offer work and better remuneration rates as reward.
We are not a run of the mill labour hire company - we are a specialist
that seeks to have a long term relationship with our personnel and
clients.
Q. How do I get put onto the MPRS Personnel database? A.
Contact Mark Langdon and forward your resume to him - Mark will verify
your references, skill set, experience and qualifications which then
allows us to source work with our clients. We are always
advertising for personnel, we are a growing company in a niche market.

Q. Why do your clients use MPRS?
A. MPRS always verify the qualifications and attitudes of the
personnel we send to a client. We continue to build our business by
being up front with our clients - if we cannot do a job or supply a
resource when a position is offered to us, we prefer to be straight with
them - they remember this and use us in the future. We have a
constant high standard of work that keeps our clients coming back time
and again. We regularly communicate with our clients - find out
what they need and try our best to fulfill those needs.
Q. Do you do turnkey work? A. Yes - depending on
the size of the job. We have a number of business partners in
specialised fields that we regularly call on - it works well by allowing
us to concentrate on what we do well and still be involved in the big
jobs.
